Report: Hakimi is a priority at Real Madrid
Spanish football club Real Madrid is working to restore the services of Moroccan international Achraf Hakimi, a Paris Saint-Germain player, during the upcoming summer transfer period, to be a potential replacement for star Dani Carvajal in the right-back position.
According to the Spanish website Vichajes, which specializes in transfers, Hakimi tops the list of priorities for the Royal Club management, despite the difficulty of the deal due to the demands of the Parisian club, which values the player at approximately 80 million euros, in addition to his commitment to a contract extending until 2029.
The same source reported that the Moroccan player expresses a desire to return to the “Royal Club,” and may be willing to reduce his salary in order to facilitate his transfer, in light of his ambition to succeed again with the team in which he joined the ranks.
On the other hand, Real Madrid does not intend to meet the high financial demands of Paris Saint-Germain, and prefers to wait for the appropriate circumstance, with the possibility of exploiting the player’s desire to pressure the completion of the deal.
Moroccan international Achraf Hakimi is considered one of the most prominent full-backs in the world currently, thanks to his experience in many major European leagues. Which makes him an ideal choice to strengthen the right side of the team in the future.
