The latest statistics issued by the Football Observatory of the International Center for Sports Studies (CIES) shed light on the high marketing value of Moroccan international Ismail Saibari, a player for the Dutch club PSV Eindhoven, who has become considered the most expensive element within the team’s ranks.
The report revealed that PSV Eindhoven has one of the most expensive football formations outside the five major European leagues during the current season, as it occupies fourth place with a total value of approximately 400 million euros.
According to the same data, the Swiss Observatory determined the expected marketing value of Saibari’s transfer to be around 46 million euros. This is a number that reflects the remarkable development in the level of the Moroccan player during the recent period.
PSV Eindhoven came behind Benfica, Porto and Sporting Lisbon in the ranking of the clubs with the highest marketing values outside the five major leagues, an indication of the success of the Dutch club’s policy of developing and attracting young talent.
Saibari is one of the most prominent pillars on which the technical staff of Eindhoven relies. Given his significant contribution to the midfield, both in playmaking and scoring, this has made him receive increasing attention from a number of European clubs.
The upcoming summer transfer period remains likely to be decisive in determining the future of the Moroccan international, in light of growing anticipation about the next step for the owner of a marketing value of 46 million euros.
