"Al Tayer Crew" operates Hassania Agadir
The national team, Hilal Al Tayer, has begun his first steps within the walls of the Hassania Agadir club, placing among his priorities the resolution of the technical staff who will work alongside him during the next stage, in a step that is expected to shape the features of the team’s technical work in the remainder of the season.
This file is considered one of the first issues that will determine the nature of the relationship between the new coach and the club’s management, especially at the level of distribution of powers and the limits of each party’s interference in the technical decisions related to the management of the first team.
An official source revealed to “Hesport” that the club’s sports company granted coach Hilal Al Tayer broad powers to choose his assistants and determine the identity of the technical staff that he deems capable of implementing his technical vision, in a step aimed at enabling him to work in a comfortable atmosphere and far from any internal pressures.
However, this file opened the door to discussion within the club, after some members of the association put forward proposed names to join the technical staff, in exchange for their reservations about other names. This brought back to the forefront the controversy related to the limits of the club management’s intervention in technical decisions.
Among the names circulating within the club was the name of former Brigadier General Yassin Al-Rami, who maintains good relations with a number of the team’s players, in addition to the technical staff, Hamo Muhal, who previously supervised the training of the Al-Amal group, in addition to a proposal to keep Mustafa Osherif among the current technical staff until the end of the season.
It is expected that coach Hilal Al Tayer will decide, within the next two days, the identity of his assistants, in a decision that may determine from the beginning the nature of the relationship between him and the Hassania Agadir administration during the remainder of the football season.
