Safi: There is no exceptional grant to defeat Wydad

An official source from within the walls of the Olympique Safi team revealed that the “Abdi” team’s management is planning to allocate an exceptional grant to defeat Wydad in the first leg of the CAF Cup quarter-finals.

The source of the newspaper "Hesport" confirmed that the team's management will not allocate any exceptional grant for the victory over Wydad Athletic Club, highlighting that the team's management chose to be content with a regular grant similar to the rest of the matches.

According to what Hesport learned from informed sources, the main reason for not allocating an exceptional financial grant is the anger of the team president, Mohamed Al-Hidawi, at the decline in the level of some players, which led to a succession of negative results.

Olympique Safi will host its guest, Wydad Athletic Club, on Sunday, starting at ten in the evening, on the field of the Green Massira Stadium, in the first leg of the quarter-finals of the African Confederation Cup.
