Fouzi Lekjaa, the president of the Royal Moroccan Football Federation, celebrated on Tuesday the captain of the national women's team, Ghizlane Chbab, by presenting her with a commemorative jersey on the occasion of her 100th match wearing the "Atlas Lionesses" jersey, in a ceremonial moment that reflects the appreciation of the governing body of football in Morocco for her athletic contributions.

The captain of the Moroccan national team has entered the national sports history as the first player to surpass the 100 international match mark, continuing a career filled with achievements and excellence alongside her national teammates in various football stages.

At 35 years old, and the daughter of the late player Arabi Chbab, Ghizlane aims to lead the national team to win the continental title, relying on the vast experience she has gained from her titles with the Royal Army team and her professional experiences in Spain and Saudi Arabia, in addition to winning the award for the best player in Africa in 2025.
